Case 14-05 A– Appeal of a Cease & Desist Order issued by the Zoning Enforcement Officer dated January 17, 2014 for maintaining a junkyard and storing rubbish, machinery, trash, refuse, debris and/or junk motor vehicles in violation of Sections 6.1.2, 6.1.5 and 6.1.24 of the Old Lyme Zoning Regulations on property located at 2 Moss Point Trail, Patrick & Diane Looney, applicants.
IV. Public Hearings:
Case 14-07 – Old Lyme Country Club, 40 McCurdy Road, requests variances to allow a change in the roofline to the existing maintenance shed.
Case 14-08 – Robert K. Janes & Jenelle E. Janes, 60 Grassy Hill Road, request variances for construction of a new structure with a full basement which exceeds the allowed height.
Case 14-09 – Frank J. and Susan W. Cummiskey, 11 Kinner Avenue, request variances to allow construction of an attached 2-story garage and construction of a 70 s.f. one-story infill addition in the front yard setback.
Case 14-10 – Adam Pietrowicz, 27 Hillside Road, requests variances to allow change in the pitch of garage roof for height and to allow dormer.
